By submitting an order request to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
If SOGO accepts your order, SOGO will, in return for your payment, provide the products which you ordered through the online service. The products shall be delivered to you by SOGO’s appointed logistic partner at the designated delivery address. Your payment for the products and delivery charges is due upon completion of your online order via the payment gateway iPay88 either by bank transfer or credit card. iPay88 will charge the payment to the payment card or bank account which you have chosen and submitted to SOGO, and will collect the payment from your bank. You authorise SOGO and iPay88 to make and collect such charge, and you agree to make the said payment to SOGO. The total amount payable by you for the products per each order shall be the sum of the respective prices for the items you selected and submitted via the order form, plus all applicable delivery charges, as reported to you as the ‘TOTAL’ in the order form.
SOGO does not at any time store your credit card or bank account details throughout the transaction.
You agree to complete the initial registration process according to SOGO’s requirements as stated on the Website, and to provide SOGO with accurate, complete and updated information as required for the initial registration process, including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery address(es), and telephone number(s). You must provide SOGO with an accurate and complete credit card number and expiration date at the time of submitting your online purchase order via the payment gateway iPay88. You represent and warrant to SOGO that you are legally authorised to use the said payment card. SOGO does not at any time store your credit card or bank account details throughout the transaction.
The products featured here in our website have been carefully selected for redemption. Once an item is out of stock it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices, Fast Track Prices and/or Points of products may change from time to time. If one of the items that you ordered is out of stock or its delivery is subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or telephone number that you have provided when placing your order. If we do not receive any response to our email and we cannot locate you via phone contact, we will then continue to process the remaining items on your order.

As we endeavour to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, Order Cancellation of an order is only possible if the order has not yet been packed or shipped or prepared for shipping.

Refund of payment upon cancellation of an order may exclude Delivery Charges should the cancellation is made after the product ordered has been shipped or dispatched.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and online bank transfer via ipay 88. Please note that SOGO does not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online.
All prices shown on the website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are inclusive of GST, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the prices quoted for products you have selected for purchase at the time you submit your order at checkout.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine wich dellivery services are available to you, Please allow 7 - 14 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 14 - 21 working days (East Malaysia) for delivery of products you have purchased/redeemed on the scard.sogo.com.my website.
All products will be dispatched from the date as specified unless they are available for immediate delivery. Please note that the products items may be dispatched separately depending on availability.
Please note sogo.com.my cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and we requires up to 7 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and 14 working days for East Malaysia delivery.

Large/Bulky Goods/Special Order
Large and bulky goods are subject to additional carriage charges. Volumetric Weight will be taken if it is higher than actual weight and delivery times may vary. Individual rates will be included in the product information for each individual order.

Refunds will only be made against the original mode of payment. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be borne by you and the same will only be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
