How Do I Make A Redemption?

Redeeming a gift or reward is simple, just go to “My Rewards” and click to redeem and have the item(s) delivered to you with a ‘delivery fee’ in the form of Points as stated. Self-collect option is also available at any SOGO outlet with the Gift/Reward e-Coupon generated upon redemption.
